Not to mention the fact that the disability pay gap is now estimated to be so large that research suggests disabled people effectively work for free for 54 days a year. Expecting us to work for free doesn’t just do us a personal disservice, it adds fuel to the already raging fire of inequality our community faces on a daily basis.
