'I was on The Traitors - there are secret rules from drinking to outside contact'
When it comes to filming the series, the schedule is very hectic, as Meryl said they all get just one day off.
Speaking about the limited downtime, Meryl said: "When it came to Sunday, you literally slept the whole day. Like I literally woke up at 12. I’d chill for a little bit and watch movies and stuff in the room. Despite viewers watching dramatic showdowns, all contestants have kept in touch with one big group chat.
