The NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption will not be releasing its findings until the second quarter of 2023.

Leading Australian barrister Ian Neil told Sky News Australia the commission would likely be using the time to assess the large amount of material before it.

“The time that is being devoted by the commission to this task is a product of the scale of the exercise and just the amount of material that the commission has to consider,” he said.
