The actor-turned-beer enthusiast, 46, who TV buffs will remember for his clean cut image, looked unrecognisable with his new rugged look.
An iconic soap star looked worlds away from when he first found fame as he was spotted breaking a sweat while hauling barrels of beer in Cheshire on Friday.
