Audio and aerial footage from the Gaza hospital airstrike will be released to prove Israel was not responsible, a spokesperson from its defence forces revealed.
It is understood many of the victims were either receiving treatment or had sought shelter in the building after being told to evacuate from their homes.
Israeli Defence Forces International spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Conricus told Sky News Australia it had"proof" it was not their soldiers.
