Kevin Coles was charged with conspiracy to commit murder after three people were executed and set on fire in a barn in Franklin County. The case will go to a jury Thursday morning.

“Kevin Coles wanted Wendy dead, and he got it,” William Behe, a prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s Office, said during his closing argument.“Mister Coles is a drug dealer, and a bad person. We’re not running from it,” Jason Asbell, Coles’ lawyer, said. “But that doesn’t mean the government has proven its case.
