Make a double chin.To deepen the stretch even more, place your other hand on the back of your head, then pull forward and down.
For me, just making the double chin and drawing my head down eased some discomfort I had from slouching and straining at my laptop every day. I also felt a wonderfully deep stretch down my spine when advancing through all three parts, so I suggest following along with the instructions to intensify the move.
