It’s still a battle but this box really helps. I’m still figuring out how long and when exactly I want to lock it up butas I don’t own a TV. I wish I knew about this years ago. I’m slowly working my way up to locking it up for eight hours a day as I work for myself from my home and I don’t need a phone for my work.
One positive thing I noticed so far is when the phone is not in the lock box I’m forced to consolidate the time I spend texting, sending emails and especially the time spent on social media. This thing is a real godsend.
