An illegal alien is accused of killing two people, a 33-year-old man and a 62-year-old man, in a deadly crash in Polk County, Florida.
and charged this month with six counts of negligently operating a motor vehicle and causing serious injury or death to a person while not possessing a driver’s license as well as one count of driving without a valid license.
Of those five injured, the student is in stable condition, as are two of Canil’s injured passengers. Meanwhile, one of the injured passengers is in critical but stable condition while the fifth injured person is in critical and unstable condition.
