The announcement came just days before the exhibit was expected to open at the American Dream mall.

However, due to “unforeseen circumstances and production delays,” the exhibit will now open on March 3, 2023, Beyond Van Gogh informed ticket holders in an email sent Monday. A spokeswoman for American Dream referred all inquiries to Beyond Van Gogh New Jersey, which directed NJ Advance Media to the aforementioned email sent to ticket holders.
The display is broken into three rooms - the Education Room, which leads into the Waterfall Room which flows into the Immersive Experience Room. In addition to the visuals, guests will hear the artist’s own dreams, thoughts and words set to a symphonic score in a narrative experience.
