Police believe the woman, captured in the video around 4 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of North Rural Street, may have Latson with her or have knowledge of the toddler's whereabouts. The video was captured by a Ring doorbell and provided to investigators by a neighbor, who is seen in the video wearing a reflective vest. The neighbor told police he believes the woman may live in the neighborhood and that he had seen her in passing before, Young said.
Thursday for the toddler. Anyone who locates Latson or has information on her whereabouts is asked to dial 911 immediately, Young said. What are police doing to find Jailee? Ayanna Person, an Indianapolis resident her whole life, said she saw the news of the missing toddler and couldn't sit at home. She walked up and down North Rural Street and in nearby alleys looking for the toddler.
