A spec house in Laguna Beach, California has sold for $43.5 million after listing a few months ago for $48.995 million

The home also has a fitness studio, sauna, wine vault and home theater.The median listing price of a home in Laguna Beach was $3.9 million in July, up 33.6% from the same time last year, according to data from Realtor.com.
