A piece of junk mail advertising hunting properties for sale across Denmark led to the commissioning of a new house for an unlikely pair of soon-to-be empty-nesters.
“We’re not even hunters. I don’t know how or why it came to us,” says Anne Gram, the CEO of a Danish IT company. Nevertheless, she and her husband, Lars Østerbye, an engineering executive, seized what they saw as a good real-estate deal.
