In its first home game since the shooting at Robb Elementary School that claimed the lives of 19 students and two teachers, the Uvalde High football team had a dramatic comeback win.

And senior linebacker Justyn Rendon, whose younger brother survived the shooting, was chosen by his teammates to wear No. 21 in remembrance of those lost.. “I was proud. It was a very humbling moment.”
