The team was called to the Pap of Glencoe in the Highlands to help the casualty.
A hill walker was airlifted by a rescue helicopter after suffering a leg injury at one of Scotland's most renowned beauty spots.
A hill walker was found on the mountain with a leg injury. GMR's team doctor and other carers assisted the hill walker before Rescue 151 from Inverness airlifted the casualty 'onward for further care'. One volunteer can be seen using a red flare to attract the attention of the rescue helicopter. The casualty is winched up, from the mountainside, into the helicopter before the volunteers can be seen making their way back down the mountain.
"Team members quickly ascended the hill and initial treatment was provided by casualty carers and the team doctor. Fortunately there was suitable visibility and Rescue 151 from Inverness made easy work of winching the casualty and transporting them onward for further care
