Mauchline Castle, also known as Abbot Hunters Tower and Gavin Hamilton's House, is situated in the small town of Mauchline in East Ayrshire. It is on the market for offers over £335,000.to the 15th century, and once formed part of a group of monastic buildings associated with Melrose Abbey., purchased and constructed the Georgian portion of the property in the late 1700s.
