EastEnders fans have been treated to an inside look behind the scenes of the soap by none other than show legend Lacey Turner, who has played Stacey Slater on and off since 2004
EastEnders star Lacey Turner has shared a look inside her dressing room on the soap set at BBC's Elstree Centre in Borehamwood.
In the video, she can be seen arriving to the studios with damp hair and no makeup, whilst sporting a comfortable flowery maxi dress. Clearly a creature of habit, Lacey then shared that she sits at the same chair on the same table every day, before revealing that 'everyone takes the mick out of me'. Next up, it's on to hair and makeup, as Lacey is buffed and preened by a team of makeup artists and hairstylists who work to transform her into Stacey whilst she munches through the rest of her toast.
Lacey revealed that she has had the same dressing room on the EastEnders set since she started acting on the soap in 2004. On the wall behind the sofa can be seen a number of photographs, which Lacey jokes is her 'shrine to Bradley' - the late husband of her character Stacey, who was played by Charlie Clements.
