It is no secret that it costs a fair bit to rent somewhere in Manchester city centre. In the last year alone rent costs have gone up by 15 percent, with the average rent in Manchester now at £1,600 per month - which has gone up by £650 in the last six months according to Zoopla.

To the right is the kitchen dining area which has been recently renovated and fitted with a new kitchen and integrated appliances and to the left is the seating area.

There are also two master bedrooms which are each fitted with walk in wardrobes and dressing areas, as well as their own luxury spa-style bathrooms.
