If you find yourself heading over to Blackpool this summer, you might be looking to book an independent hotel or B&B near the Fylde Coast.
The Fossil Tree Hotel is located in Bispham. It sits on the seafront and hosts nine fully ensuite rooms for adult's only, all with a seaview. They've got a bed and breakfast service, free onsite parking, complimentary wifi, hot drinks and a licenced 'honesty' bar. Its a title owner Chris Rinder says they're "completely thrilled" about.
The Fossil Tree Hotel is run independently by Chris and his wife Christine, both aged 54. The hotel itself is set to celebrate its 100th birthday this year after being built in 1922 as a small hotel. Chris and Christine took over its reigns just four years ago. With their Best of The Best title, they also won in two other categories including best small hotel and best hotel for couples.
"We set out to make it a very nice, comfortable place for people to stay in Blackpool.
