We are seeking an Intermediate PL/SQL Developer to service our telecommunications clients. Your primary role will be to assist in system design, including architectural design, assisting other developers with technical decisions and coding, and performing prescribed coding and reviewing of the same.
You will also be required to research and choose the best architecture for the proposed system, adhering to development standards.Collaborate with team members to make informed technical decisions.Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL code for database applications.Develop and maintain Java code as needed to support database applications.Review and provide feedback on code developed by other team members.Conduct research to identify the best technologies and architectures for new projects.Make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.Produce software builds and manage the deployment process.Configure and maintain development and testing environments.Troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test specifications, and integration reports.Provide regular status updates and reports to project stakeholders.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance their technical skills.Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions.Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Strive for continuous personal and professional growth.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices3-year programming-related Degree or Diploma.In-depth knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL programming.Familiarity with database design and data modeling.A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
