SAN JOSE – A man was shot early Tuesday night in East San Jose, according to authorities.
The shooting was reported at 7:11 p.m. on the 1400 block of Mount Shasta Drive, near Mount Vista Drive, the San Jose Police Department said. The victim was taken to a hospital with a life-threatening injury. Additional details about the shooting, including a description of the suspect and a possible motive, were not immediately available.Adult male victim. Unknown suspect or motive at this time.
