Another Iraqi protestor dies after he was hit by a gas canister during ongoing protests against corruption and lack of jobs in the oil-rich country
Security forces fired tear gas canisters at protesters who tried to storm Basra governorate building on Tuesday night.
The source, preferring not to be named for security reasons, said the demonstrator died after he was hit in his head by a gas canister in the protests that erupted late on Tuesday in front of the Basra Governorate building.
