Petrolwerks gets their hands on a rare Tommi Makinen Edition Evo 6.5.
From 1996 through 1999, Mitsubishi was on a tear, nabbing top honors in the ultra-competitive World Rally Championship series with their lethal turbocharged sedanplatform. Much of that legendary four-year run was a result of Finnish sensation, Tommi Makinen.
The TME sat a bit lower with its suspension designed for the best possible launch on the tarmac and lighter 17-inch Enkei wheels replaced the stock version. Add to that a quick ratio steering rack and its handling and overall driving feel was a step away from that of non-TME models.
