You may know the island for its more colloquial name, XXXX island, made famous when it was featured in an advertisement for the iconicThe six-hectare island, located just south of North Keppel Island off the coast of Yeppoon, is home to one of three properties owned by the Rumble family's Sojourn Properties and operated as holiday accommodation.
The once-in-a-lifetime buy gives you the entire island and its eco resort on a rolling lease until 2046.Once won during a game of poker in the 1960s, the current owners, Wayne and Laureth Rumble, bought the leasehold island in 2003 for just $1.3 million.
