Any cross-code switch could meet resistance from the NRL, however, with chairman Peter V’landys having publicly insisted that devout Christian Folau’s controversial stance on homosexuality is incompatible with the game’s ethos.“I have no tolerance for people that put other people’s lives or violence. It’s a big statement to make.”
