According to the survey, the most common reason for men cutting back was to improve their overall wellbeing , followed by fitness .with the price of beer again increasing this yearNick said that prior to the lifestyle change - which he made about two months ago - he was drinking seven days per week."It's been pretty impressive, the quality of sleep, having the energy for a two-year-old.
