Sky News host Paul Murray says the people refusing to get coronavirus tests are not just "arrogant, but they put the rest of us in danger".

“It is your civic duty to take a test,” he said Mr Murray said a major factor which contributed to the outbreak of COVID-19 in Victoria was the fact up to 10,000 people in refused to take a coronavirus test. In the housing commission towers under lockdown orders, 15 per cent either haven’t been tested or are refusing to be tested. “There should be maximum enforcement of those who refuse to take a test”.
