Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic transformation projects across the business. This role is pivotal in driving visibility, alignment, and delivery of key initiatives that support the company’s digital roadmap and operational excellence.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.Facilitate prioritization and decision-making across competing initiatives.Create and manage project documentation to support audits and governance.Act as a liaison between business functions and IT to ensure effective delivery of business benefits.Tertiary degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Commercial.Strong technical background with hands-on systems experience.Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.Curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement.Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.Stakeholder Engagement Regular interaction with executive leadership including CIO, Transformation Director, and Functional Directors. Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams in sourcing, marketing, IT, finance, and supply chain. Management of external service providers and professional services to ensure delivery against budget and timelines.Strategic input into business practices, policies, and transformation initiatives across departments and divisions.
