'It's a bribe': Marginal seat voters vent over government's budget package

A group of voters from the most marginal seat in Australia have not responded well to the Federal Budget handed down by the Morrison Government.

The key NSW seat of Macquarie has a small margin of 0.2 per cent in favour of Labour’s Susan Templeman with Liberal’s Sarah Richards hoping to cause an upset.

Eligible families around the country will be eligible to buy a home with a five per cent deposit or two per cent for singles but it is capped at homes up to $800,000 in New South Wales and $700,000 in Victoria.
