Pumpkin Bread
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Butter two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.In a medium bowl, whisk together the flours, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon. Alternately add portions of the flour mixture and the yogurt to the pumpkin mixture, beginning and ending with the flour mixture.
Pour the batter into the loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a loaf comes out clean. Remove from the pans and cool on a rack.
