NRL: In a rain drenched game between the Parramatta Eels and Sydney Roosters there has been an onslaught of sin bins.

Dolphins enforcer Felise Kaufusi has been controversially placed on report for a perceived late shot on Bulldogs prop Josh Curran.

Curran received a pass from Bulldogs lock Kurt Mann and was collected by Kaufusi as he threw the ball to Matt Burton, with the Dolphins edge subsequently placed on report by referee Adam Gee - a decision Fox League’s Andrew Voss and Corey Parker in disbelief. “Just because the attacker turns that way doesn’t mean Kaufui has to change his target. It’s not a late tackle.”

“How does he pull out of that? What is he meant to do there? A front rower running the ball up has elected to pass,” Voss said.Parker agreed, stating it’s “ridiculous” if players “can’t go through with that sort of collision.”
