An Italian tennis instructor was among the seven pedestrians injured by a hit-and-run driver in Midtown late Sunday, a report says.The couple had arrived in the Big Apple after earlier traveling to Chicago and Boston, the relative said. The driver allegedly struck the pedestrians after running a red light, leaving behind a grisly scene.The 29-year-old driver ended up later striking two cars on the Long Island Expressway near the 188th Street exit in Queens and being arrested.Another 32-year-old man was taken to Weill Cornell Medical Center, while a 30-year-old man refused medical attention at the scene.
