Viewers praised ITV for the message Emmerdale
ITV issued a distress message to viewers on Wednesday night after scenes which may have 'affected' those watching.
Bernice decided to check up on Cathy and spotted her washing her skirt in the sink at home. Cathy was hesitant to open up but after she calmed down she confided in Bernice and told her that she’s suffering from heavy periods. Bernice offered her support and advice to Cathy but the youngster begged her not to tell anyone, especially Bob about what's going on."If you have been affected by tonight's episode please visit: bit.ly/EmAdviceTW"The charity said: "If PMS is seriously impacting your life so as to make you feel very unwell, unable to function properly and affecting your relationships, then you need to be able to manage your PMS successfully.
