The channel brought Art Attack, My Parents are Aliens and Thomas the Tank Engine to children all over Merseyside
ITV's decision to axe CITV has been labelled 'such a shame' as people remembered the channel that brought them the likes of Art Attack.
A new destination for kids on ITV's streaming service, ITVX, will replace CITV. ITV said it would be bringing over 100 titles to the decidated hope page, with over 1,000 hours of programming. It will also include 'brand new programmes dropping monthly on the service' according to ITV Steph Hughan said: "When it first came out, it was 90 mins a day after school then back to Blockbusters."
"I loved Art Attack I did, Rosie and Jim. My sons back then loved Budgie, the Little Helicopter, so much more. Such a shame really it's ending."
