Manchester City and England star Jack Grealish has the same routine he partakes in every night.
He's suffered with muscle issues in recent times, causing him to be absent from proceedings for club and country.But Grealish is back fit and firing again and revealed that he has a new daily ritual in the night time.skipper took to Instagram to show fans that he goes in the sauna, with the temperature cranked up to 110 degrees celsius, for 10 minutes every night.
“We miss him. He has to continue until the end. In that level is the Jack we know him and his personality. “The same , he has to improve in some departments, finishing for example, but this is the Jack we know of last season that helped us again to do it Josh is a sports journalist who specialises in football and wrestling.
