James Argent radiates confidence after 14 stone weight loss as he poses with ex girlfriend Lydia Bright
James Argent has been pictured looking confident as he posed beside his ex girlfriend Lydia Bright on Tuesday.
The ex couple dated on and off from 2008 and and allowed cameras to air their tumultuous relationship on TOWIE until they finally broke up in 2016. James looked smart in a pale green buttoned shirt with bright green trousers as he put his arm around his ex girlfriend. Meanwhile, Lydia was a vision in white as she sported a bralette top and matching trousers with a deep waistband and accessorised her outfit with a straw hat.
