According to a new report, James Gunn is ready to return to the world of DC as he pitched a mystery movie to Warner Bros.
In a recent report on the overall state of DC within Warner Bros. Discovery, THR’s Borys Kit noted that Gunn has been looking to work on another DC project or two. Specifically, he mentioned that Gunn and producer Peter Safran have been in talks with Warner Bros. Discovery for a “mystery movie” and potentially even more.
It’s currently unknown exactly what that mystery project might be, but Gunn has a knack and history for looking to adapt the more obscure comic characters onto the big screen, so fans will likely be surprised no matter what it is.
