Jamie Chadwick says recent impressive results for her and fellow Brit Abbi Pulling show that women are going 'from strength to strength' in motorsport. Chadwick became the first woman since 2010 to claim an Indy NXT podium finish by finishing third in the American series for Andretti Global on Friday. 'We've had really good speed this year, so it's always kind of just been trying to get the results,' Chadwick told Sky Sports News on Wednesday.
'Every driver wants to get results ultimately,' she said. 'The first year was a bit more of a challenge than I was expecting but we worked really hard over the off-season, and I think to validate that and for the results to finally come, it means a lot and puts us in good stead for the rest of the year. 'It's a result bases business I guess, so from my side performance is everything and I guess that's what I've really focused on.
