A man accused of conspiracy to murder told an associate 'if you want him gone he's not waking up', a jury heard. Callum Morris is accused of conspiring to murder a man named Paul Cooper.
Mr Rothwell was known as ‘live-long’; Mr Close as ‘b*llsniffer’ or ‘sickplane’; Mr Makinson as ‘Top-sh*g’ or Doctor-sh*ggard’; and Mr Morris as ‘keyhole’, according to the prosecution. The jury has been told the attribution of these handles ‘may well be hotly contested’. Mr Hamilton said: “The prosecution say that this is, in a few short messages, Callum Morris, through the keyhole handle, arranging with costaviper to kill a man.” Jurors were told that photos were sent using the network.
