In a recent interview, Jane Fonda recalled how she tried to overcame her disordered eating. Fonda said she made a change because she saw how her disordered eating was affecting her life and ambitions.
"It was really, really, really, really hard.”Jane Fonda is opening up about her recovery from a past eating disorder.and activist, 84, has been candid in the past about her struggles with bulimia in her younger years.
“If I had it to do over and it was nowadays, I’d probably go to a 12-step program or something, but I didn’t know what it was. I didn’t know there was a name for it, and I didn’t know that you could go someplace,” Fonda said. “I’m talking ‘60s, ‘50s.”
