The lawyer of an accused killer on trial for bludgeoning to death a pregnant woman who was carrying his child has accused her brother of being involved in her death.
A defence lawyer for Hassan Jabbie , accused of murdering Janet Dweh , has quizzed her brother on whether he was in an intimate relation with her.Throughout the trial so far, defence lawyer Sean Dworcan has presented a different potential killer of Ms Dweh.
He then put to Mr Dweh that he had been having a "physical relationship" with his sister at that time, something Mr Dweh emphatically denied. "On the Sunday night, had you arranged for any of your associates to go around to Janet's house?" Mr Dworcan asked.Mr Dweh gave evidence that he was friends with Mr Jabbie, but they weren't close.
