Former Newcastle Knights NRL player Jarrod Mullen has pleaded guilty to supplying cocaine.

The 32-year-old was arrested in May by NSW Police investigating an alleged drug supply ring operating in the Hunter Valley.He was charged with four counts of supplying a prohibited drug.

In Newcastle Local Court today he pleaded guilty to an amended charge of supplying cocaine, with the three other charges dropped. Back in June when he faced court for the first time, Mullen said he was not guilty to all charges but, after negotiations between his lawyer and the Director of Public Prosecutions, Mullen pleaded guilty to one charge.The case has been moved to Wollongong were he now lives.
