Jason Statham and Guy Ritchie will reunite for a new thriller
Jason Statham will star in a U.S. remake of the French thriller “Le Convoyeur,” with Guy Ritchie directing for Miramax. Ritchie and Statham previously collaborated on two British actioners: 2000’s “Snatch” and 1998’s “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.” Miramax is set to produce and has purchased the remake rights of the original 2004 French [...]A record-breaking total of 93 countries have submitted entries to be considered for best international film nominations at the Academy Awards.
