– Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model Charter– Experience working in Agile development environments, understanding concepts like Scrum and Kanban. – Understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage and deliver projects effectively. – Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with other developers, testers, and stakeholders.– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.– Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.– Architectural design of cloud-based solution spaces for mainframe applications – Knowledge of Mainframe2Java Code conversion tools like Astadia, Heirloom, blueage would be an advantage.– Familiarity with Hibernate or other ORM frameworks for database interaction.– Knowledge of modern web development tools and frameworks, such as Angular, React, or Design code conversion platform to migrate applications from Cobol or PL1 to Java– Understanding of mainframe legacy DB and programming solutions– Modify and adjust architectural guidelines, target design principles and solution spaces based on POC results – Review and present changes to Product Owners.– Actively participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and updating current live systems.
