is starting 2020 with a public display of self-love. On Wednesday, the 19-year-old reality star and activist shared a bathing suit photo to Instagram, showing off the upper-thigh scars from her gender confirmation surgery. "These are my scars on full display in #2019. I'm proud of my scars and love my body just the way it is. I call them my battle wounds because they signify the strength and perseverance it took to finally complete my transition," she wrote.
Jennings is clearly taking that positive mindset with her into 2020, and we can't wait to see what the decade has in store for her — scars and all.
