Jennifer Hawkins buys $6m home, plans to knockdown
Ever since the birth of the first of their two children, Jennifer Hawkins-Wall and Jake Wall have been looking for a Central Coast home which would put daughter, Frankie Violet and son, Hendrix closer to their grandparents.
It was a whisper quiet, off market sale by Mat Steinwede at McGrath Terrigal, who has long ranked as the elite number one agent in the McGrath network.The $6 million purchase was secured after negotiations in late 2020 with the vendors, Dr John and Anne Graham who’ve owned it since 1987. Hawkins and Wall had been looking for the right property since Frankie Violet was born in October 2019, then more so after brother Hendrix arrived in October 2021.The couple will now be closer to family based in the Newcastle-Lake Macquarie district.
