Jetstar is set to increase its presence in the Northern Territory with a seasonal service between Darwin and the Gold Coast.
Jetstar has confirmed it will soon start flying a new domestic route, which at one point had been operated by failed airline Bonza.
The flights are being made available with support from the Territory government's Territory Aviation Attraction Scheme. The announcement comes just days after the CLP government spruiked Airnorth's new flights between Alice Springs and Cairns. Early last month, the government also noted the return of Indonesia AirAsia to the Darwin to Bali route from March 22, with three-weekly flights.
