Customers who have flights cancelled will be issued a link to choose a new flight without having to contact Jetstar.Even customers whose flights between December 13-20 have not been confirmed struck off are allowed to cancel their own flights for a refund due to the "uncertainty". "For those travelling with us between December 21 and January 3, the Australian Federation of Airline Pilots has advised it will not take industrial action during this period," the airline said.
