The Nationals leader will attend the upcoming Jobs and Skills summit despite the absence of the Opposition leader, Peter Dutton.
Speaking with Sky News Australia's Andrew Clennell on Sunday Mr Littleproud said he would be attending the summit despite the absence of opposition leader Peter Dutton.
“Unless there’s outcomes and unique outcomes for regional, rural Australia then it will be hollow, it will be nothing more than that." “I don’t intend to let the opportunity go by to prosecute the case for regional, rural Australia, I want to actually be pragmatic," he said. He said while enterprise bargaining has served the sector well the measures were"draconian" and would lead to jobs lost.
