The widow of Jock Zonfrillo has provided an emotional insight into her life without the much-loved MasterChef judge almost a year on from his death.
Lauren Fried , the widow of Jock Zonfrillo , has shared an emotional update on social media almost a year on from the MasterChef judge's death.
The Scottish-born chef was found dead inside a Melbourne hotel room on April 30 last year after officers were called to perform a welfare check. "I really did have plans to get a lot more of his projects out but I think that somewhere between trying to find my feet as a solo parent - and just going through long periods of time where I found it really hard to look at videos and photos of Jock - the plan didn't go to plan," she continued.
